Service Description
Discover the secrets behind preparing Azorean cuisine during this informative half-day lunch tour. Prepare our typical dish: Mussel “Lambe, lambe” which means “licks, licks”. During your cooking class, learn how to prepare Mussel Lambe Lambe. The signature dish of Azorean cuisine in Florianópolis and a seafood dish prepared in a pan by our local chef. After the cooking class, relax with a lunch your chef has prepared with 01 Caipirinha, a traditional drink. Dessert is also served, Brigadeiro which is prepared with condensed milk, chocolate and butter.
